Tivadar Tóth, our Head Chef, invites you on a true gastronomic adventure, bringing with him extensive international experience despite his young age. When creating the menu, he combined homely flavors with a modern twist, trendy presentation, and exquisite seasoning, making each dish unique and special. And when it comes to modern cuisine, lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan dishes are, of course, a must.

My passion is the creative reinterpretation of seasonal ingredients and presenting the bistro style in an elegant yet approachable form. Over the past years, I have worked to ensure that my kitchen reflects both professional precision and a commitment to honest flavors.
I believe that good food tells a story – whether it’s a carefully composed chef’s recommendation, a reinvented classic, or a surprising approach to an everyday ingredient. In my work, I place great importance on using seasonal and local produce, sustainability, and creating a presentation that delivers an experience.
