The team at Malom és Kacsa believes in the power of helping and joining forces, so from time to time we support initiatives that work for causes that matter to us. Below are some of the Partner Organisations we have successfully worked with to help create a happier future.

Hintalovon Children's Rights Foundation

The Malom és Kacsa Bistro and Event House has joined the Backpack Collection Campaign for children of refugee families, initiated by APPI Nonprofit Ltd. The collection was announced on our social channels and received a good number of backpacks. At the end of the 1000 Backpacks for Ukrainian Refugees collection, we delivered the backpacks to the residents of the refugee shelter on Madrid Street. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the helpful and compassionate families in and around Tata for their support.

Hungarian Special Olympic Association (MSOSZ) and the Hársfa Association

The two organisations jointly organised this family sports day and basketball gala for the first time in Hungary, which was attended by young people with Down syndrome. The Hársfa Association organises competitions for young people with special needs and disabilities in several sports. Their athletes have been competing successfully in national and international sporting events for 30 years. The Malom és Kacsa Restaurant and Event House sponsored the event with delicious snacks. We wish the athletes good luck!

ONE COFFEE TODAY

For the Atrium

The Malom és Kacsa Team took part in the "A Coffee for the Atrium" fundraising campaign to help the Atrium Theatre to survive, together with our guests. Thank you to everyone who had coffee with us that day, as we doubled the total proceeds!
